Over the past decade I've worked on a wide range of projects, both as an independent consultant and leading my team at Autotelic.

I led a team to implement metering and billing and identity management for an award-winning Enterprise Generative AI platform.

I worked with an AR hardware startup to help define their cloud collaboration strategy and roadmap, implement the first version of the platform and train and hire an internal team.

I architected and led the rebuild of a modern, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS reforestation management platform.

I managed multiple teams within an Enterprise Platform Engineering team, to deliver a variety of internal tools and services over a multi-year engagement, including a federated GraphQL API, a micro-frontend web app starter kit, and a Kong Enterprise API Gateway pilot project.

As fractional CTO for a safety-first online creative makerspace, I designed and delivered collaborative User Flow Workshops and a hybrid remote / in-person Design Sprint to design, develop and test a prototype for the new platform.

After discovering aligned values over co-working space happy hour beers, I collaborated with Skipper Otto to design and develop Jig, a 100% bootstrapped e-commerce platform for alternative food networks.
